I'm giving a few "How to Get the Most Out of Twitter" presentations, and your blog post is an excellent example of how Twitter can help make your business better. I especially like your point, "I don’t read twitter. I mine it for business intelligence." That's a great view of Twitter's value in pointing people to useful information." If it's ok with you, I'd like to use your quote and will give participants the url to your blog in my handout so that people can read this whole post.

Thanks also for mentioning me for the Flickr/data visualization tweet. If you liked it, you might also be interested in the blog post I wrote explaining how businesses could apply that idea to measure intangible customer experience: http://workingknowledge.com...

Re: Business Casual - Back @cha: Using Twitter to Help Make My Business...

Using Twitter for awareness is definitely a huge strategy for us. We receive a lot of our blog traffic through Twitter and find it an invaluable tool for discussing our blog posts.

Thanks for mentioning us Kevin.
